The first step is to meet with us to discuss your requirements. This can be done at our office or we can come to your home or new building site to meet with you. We will go through your ideas with you and discuss various options available to you.
Yes they are. In our contract price all council building consent fees are included.
Driveways, fences, paths, clothesline, wastewater & stormwater systems for rural properties & landscaping. Basically anything outside the area of the building/s.
Basically straight away providing we have a crew ready to start. Before we lodge the consent we generally have a time slot already located to you.
Yes. Any finishing to the building you would like to do we are happy to allow you too. Any restricted building work would need to be completed by our Licensed Practitioners.
Yes. If you have a preferred subcontractor we are happy to use them if you request that.
Yes, we deal with all aspects of the Council requirements.
Yes. All design fees are included in our contract price.
From our first meeting the whole process takes around 8 months. This does however depend on the size of the project, the availability of our carpenters and on how quickly decisions can be made.
Yes. We will work with your design or ours. We are constructing a house for you and we want it to be exactly what you require.
Yes. We only use licensed employees to complete each project.
No. We employee all our own carpenters, apprentices & hammer hands.
