Gordon sources the company’s work and puts together projects for the team.
He has been working in the building industry for over 25 years, and grew up in the family building business. He knows his way around construction although he is more familiar with a computer keyboard rather than a hammer these days! Gordon has a Site 2 Builders Licence and has worked at Waipukurau Construction as a Quantity Surveyor since 1996.

Gordon enjoys a challenge and likes to keep fit. He is a veteran of the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge and a keen runner, just recently completing the HB Marathon. He is partial to the beach lifestyle and enjoys fishing and boating out of the Mahia peninsula.
Sharon looks after the company’s accounts and payroll. Working from the Hastings office she has a good financial overview of all our projects.
Sharon is an integral part of the local community, she volunteers on school, club and community activities. She’s a trail-runner and a cyclist, competing in local multi-sport events. She is also a keen angler and holds the Ladies Game Fishing record for marlin at the Mahia Fishing Club.
Both Sharon and husband Gordon enjoy family time and the pleasures of living in Hawke’s Bay – the great outdoors, wine, food, and good friends.
Adam is responsible for quantifying and managing the company’s construction projects. He divides his time getting around our various building sites and the office, making sure things happen as they should!
He is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with over 6 years of experience working with Waipukurau Construction. Adam enjoys the challenge of organizing and executing a successful project.
Hawke’s Bay born and bred, outside of work hours Adam like to get out on his mountain bike and can often be found behind the DJ desk after dark.
David directly manages the site and liaises with our Contracts Manager.
He is a qualified and licensed carpenter holding a Site 1 Licence. His building career started with Waipukurau Construction way back in 1981.
David lives in Hastings and enjoys a bit of weekend DIY at home and also loves getting out in the wilderness on his quad bike.
I’ll be the first person you meet when building your new home. When we get together, we’ll discuss the building process and find out what you want from your new home. Then I’ll provide you with a free concept drawing.
Using 3D CAD Design, I’ll work with you to finalise your plans and specifications. I’ll also submit your Building Consent application and manage the consent process. At every stage of the build, from the initial talk to handing over the keys, you needs are my priority. I look forward to meeting you.
