Waipukurau Construction is looking for a Yardperson/Labourer to work from our Hastings yard.

Duties would typically include:
• Company Waste Management (building sites and yard) involving identification and separation of waste for recycling, landfill, timber, plasterboard and the sale/disposal of salvaged demolition materials
• Control and maintain company plant and equipment
• Organise and control company material stores
• Electrical Test & Tag – Company and staff tools
• In-house scaffolding and temporary fencing (erect, store and maintain)
• Site signage
• Material deliveries and returns
• Cleaning and maintaining company yards and buildings
• General site labouring

Required skills and attributes:
• Building experience
• Capable organiser
• Good time management
• Experienced driver with current full licence
• Physically fit
• Good communicator
