This holiday home was built on a beachside village section for the recreational enjoyment of a local family. The design and build brief was to deliver a contemporary holiday home with lots of space for extended family and storage for beach recreation equipment. The site had elevated ocean views, so two story construction was utilised. This allowed for a large first floor covered deck and entertaining area with Lounge – Dining glazing also orientated to take advantage of this. A primary wastewater treatment system was also installed to comply with council requirements.
