The brief for this fire reinstatement was to design and build a replacement, low maintenance, replacement three bedroom home suitable as a high quality, executive rental. Features include an insulated concrete floor, 2.700 metre stud height, Firth Devonstone brick veneer cladding and a tiled wet-floor Ensuite shower. There is a large North facing verandah with good indoor-outdoor access from the Lounge and Dining areas and a creative covered courtyard space which is utilised for gardening and clothes drying.
