The finished quality of our work is important to us. Quality control can be difficult, particularly when the construction industry is busy. We utilise a Quality Checklist to anticipate and avoid quality issues on our sites. This has proven to be effective as Waipukurau Construction has received over 12 awards in the prestigious Registered Master Builders House of the Year and Commercial Project Awards.
Our customers all have differing requirements on how the job needs to be approached and we don’t expect to provide you with the same cookie-cutter solution for your alteration or renovation. A flexible and individual approach is taken for each project.
We know that time is not always on our side and projects don’t always go as planned. Accurate Gant chart programming using Microsoft Project and regular monitoring of this programme allows us to control the progress of your project and apply our teams focus and resources to avoiding project overruns in time.
Our team is always evolving and we have a commitment to industry training. You can be sure that your chosen building contractor is supporting the future of the construction industry by employing apprentices and supporting our teams Licensed Building Practitioners. Regular specific topic training is also provided to ensure current industry knowledge levels are maintained.
Waipukurau Construction recommends and chooses to use quality New Zealand made building materials where possible. Your preferred local suppliers and subcontractors are also supported.
The H&S At Work Regulations requires us all to ensure that we are safe at work. We take this responsibility seriously and use a Hazardco system to plan, evaluate, monitor and review all hazards and activities on site. We are currently Sitewise Level 3 accredited. You can rest assured that all practicable steps have been taken to ensure everyone’s safety.
