Building your dream home should be an exciting and stress-free journey.

That’s why we’ve designed a clear, step-by-step process to guide you from vision to reality. From the very first consultation, we take time to understand your lifestyle, needs, and budget. Together, we’ll refine the design, select finishes, and create a plan that’s tailored to you.

Throughout construction, we keep you fully informed with regular updates and site visits, ensuring everything aligns with your expectations. Our team manages the details so you can enjoy the big picture—watching your new home take shape. Finally, we hand over the keys with pride, knowing your home has been crafted with care, quality, and attention to detail.

1. Free Consultation & Site Visit

Contact us to discuss your expectations, scope of work, timeframe, budget & site. Bring along all your design ideas. We’ll provide you with a ballpark costing.

2. Concept Design & Estimate

Let’s define your vision. Using CAD design our Architectural Designer will provide you with a concept plan and specification for your new home. The cost of this service is $1,000. Our initial ballpark value for the build will be refined.

3. Plans, Specification & Quote

We’ll arrange any consultants reports and produce the full documentation required for your Building Consent. The cost of this stage generally ranges from $10,000 to $30,000. A fixed price quote will be provided for the complete project.

4. Contract & Guarantee

We’ll review and complete the Master Builders Residential Building Contract and MasterBuild Guarantee application with you. Your build timeframe will be finalised.

5. Building Consent

Your Building Consent application will be submitted to the council. This process generally takes 4 - 6 weeks. Subcontractors and materials will be organised for a start on site. A 10% Contract Deposit will be required at this stage.

6. Construction

Our Project Manager will provide you with progress updates, complete quality assurance checks, arrange inspections & streamline the building process. Expect on-site consultations with our electrician & kitchen designer. Progress Payments are required as work progresses.

7. Project Handover

We’ll complete a final inspection & sort a Code Compliance Certificate. After a commercial clean & walkthrough with you we’ll hand over your manuals, warranties and keys. You can now move in! The final 5% Final Payment is due at this time.

8. Post-Construction

We’ll keep in touch & get your feedback. Any settling in or maintenance issues will be resolved as they arise.
